• The extruded aluminum crossbars, side rails and legs, powerful connector hardware and contoured base rails impart a load carryng capacity of up to 500 lbs., limited to:
  • No more than 100 lbs. on the front crossbar
  • No more than 250 lbs. on the other two crossbars
• Ladder rack extends over the cab with an overall length of 8 1/2 feet for carrying long loads
  • Use it for work during the week to carry ladders, lumber, etc.
  • Use it on weekends as a canoe rack or a kayak rack

  • Bases, crossbar endplates and connector hardware are all stainless steel that is bead blasted to a metallic satin fnish
  Model 2:
  • Aluminum crossbars have a brushed finish
  • Aluminum legs, side rails and front spanner are powder coated black
  • Bases, crossbar endplates and connector hardware are all stainless steel that is powder coated black
• Model 3:
  • Aluminum crossbars, legs, side rails and front spanner are powder coated black
  • Bases, crossbar endplates and connector hardware are all carbon steel that is zinc plated and then powder coated black

REGARDING TONNEAU COVERS AND THIS RACK: There is a good chance that you will not be able to use your Ridgerack and your Tonneau cover at the same time because they both need to occupy the same space for mounting. This is one reason the rack is designed to mount and dismount in about ten minutes. Many Tonneau covers take about the same amount of time. So, you can change from Ridgerack to Tonneau, or back, in around twenty minutes. Please take a good look at the photos to see where the Ridgerack attaches to your bed.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

• Manufacturer warrants this rack against defects for one year from date of purchase provided the product is assembled, installed and used in accordance with all manufacturer's specifications and instructions.
• All Warranties have some limitations. Read the paper work enclosed with the product for complete details.
• Powder-coated racks cannot be warranted against rust. All that is needed if you get some scrapes is a touch up with flat black Rust Oleum or another fine rust preventive paint.

RETURN POLICY:

• If ladder rack is damaged at time of delivery, don't accept it. If you see marks, scrapes or crushed corners on the delivery carton, note the possible damage on the waybill before you sign off on it.
• If you accept damaged product and sign off on it as "free and clear" of all damage, WorkTrucksUSA.com and/or the manufacturer may not be able to help you with the freight company.
• If you find hidden damage after opening the box, save all packing materials - including the box. Call the toll free number to the manufacturer included in the packing and instruction papers you get with the product - within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. They will guide you through the return process or will immediately ship any missing or damaged parts to you.
• If rack is returned for reasons other than manufacturing defect, you are responsible for all shipping costs to ship the rack, box, packing materials and instructions back to the manufacturer. There is a 15% restocking charge; plus the cost to repair or refurbish the rack back to salable condition.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery.
