RETURN POLICY: If a carton is damaged when you recieve it, don't accept it. If you find you ordered the wrong part and it won't fit, in most cases it can be returned if the following process is followed. 1) the part is not damaged, 2) you send it to us in the original carton with all of the original shipping materials and the instruction sheets, etc., 3) you must pay shipping to get it back to us, and 4) you contact us by email within ten (10) days after you recieve it telling us you wish to return the part and why. We'll send you, by email, a return authorization which has to be included with the part when you return it to us. WorkTrucksUSA.com never charges a restocking fee for items that come from our in-stock inventory. However, in order to get you the best price and shipping times, many of our products will be shipped directly from the distributor or manufacturer. Some of them do charge a resocking fee. 5) We'll inspect the part and if it is ok, we'll promply send the correct part or refund your purchase price. NOTE: Some of our distributors and manufacturers have different return proceedures. The best way to avoid return problems due to ordering the wrong part is to make sure you are ordering the right part in the first place. Email us with your application questions. If we send the wrong part the same proceedures apply, except we'll pay the return shipping charges. This rarely happens, but some of our people are human and mistakes can be made. All of our manufacturers have their own warranties and their own proceedures for utilizing them. We can help you with the procedures, but we can't change the warranties. LEGAL STUFF We would love to do business with you on a "smile and a handshake," and thirty years in the business world tells us most of you are honest enough we could do that, but we've also learned that some people aren't. If you send us a bad check, a forged money order, or figure out some other way to try to cheat us, we'll come after you legally. When you click on those buttons and fill in those blanks during the purchase process you are telling us you are 18 years old or older and otherwise capable of entering into a binding contract. As for you guys and gals under 18, we know you love your trucks, SUV's and cars as much or more than anyone else and we would like to be able to deal with you. But, eCommerce sales are purchse contracts and you have to be 18. Sorry, but please remember us in a couple of years.
