WARRANTY INFORMATION:

• Manufacturer warrants this rack against defects for one year from date of purchase provided the product is assembled, installed and used in accordance with all manufacturer's specifications and instructions.
• All Warranties have some limitations. Read the paper work enclosed with the product for complete details.

RETURN POLICY:

• If rack is damaged at time of delivery, don't accept it. If you see marks, scrapes or crushed corners on the delivery carton, note the possible damage on the waybill.
• If you accept damaged product and sign off on it as "free and clear" of all damage, WorkTrucksUSA.com and/or the manufacturer may not be able to help you with the freight company.
• If rack is returned for reasons other than manufacturing defect, you are responsible for all shipping costs to ship the rack, box, packing materials and instructions back to the manufacturer. Additionally, there is a 15% restocking charge plus the cost to repair or refurbish the rack back to salable condition.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

• Usually ships within 24-48 hours of order placement
• Shipping is $53.84 per unit and includes insurance
