RETURN POLICY:

• If the shipping carton arrives damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT IT. Refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
• If you accept a damaged product as “free and clear of all damage” on the waybill, neither Worktrucksusa.com nor Unique Truck Accessories will be responsible for damage that has occurred during shipping
• If defective OR you receive the wrong product:
  • Save the box and ALL PACKING MATERIAL
  • Contact us within 7 days
  • Do NOT return the product until we send you a return authorization form and a return shipping address
  • Ship in the original box with all packing, parts & instructions
  • If it is received in good, re-saleable condition when we get it back, we’ll promptly send you a refund
  • If the problem is NOT a manufacturing defect or a wrong shipment, there is a 17% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from your refund
  • If the problem is not a manufacturing defect, you will need to pay for the return shipping

• Freight shipping is $134.99 per box anywhere in the Continental USA, and we also INCLUDE INSURANCE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST

• Because of the insured value of your product, an adult signature is required for delivery
• We must have a VALID telephone number so the freight company can contact you regarding product delivery

• If you choose not to be home to inspect the package when it is delivered, neither WorkTrucksUSA.com nor Unique Truck Accessories will be responsible for damage that has occurred during shipping and the insurance will be void
• If you decide to allow another party sign for the delivery, be sure to have them inspect the package for damage before accepting it
