There is only ONE WAY you can be 100% sure this shelving unit will fit your van the way you want it to. Write down our dimensions, go out to your vehicle, MEASURE IT TWICE and compare them to determine if what you select will fit.

RETURN POLICY:

• If the shipping carton arrives damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT IT. Refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
• If you accept a damaged shelving unit as “free and clear of all damage” on the waybill, Worktrucksusa.com will not be responsible for damage that has occurred during shipping
• If defective OR you receive the wrong product:
  • Save the box and ALL PACKING MATERIAL
  • Contact us within 7 days
  • Do NOT return the product until we send you a return authorization form and a return shipping address
  • Ship to us in the original box with all packing, parts & instructions
  • If it is received in good, re-saleable condition when we get it back, we will promptly send you a refund
  • If the problem is NOT a manufacturing defect or a wrong shipment, there is a 15% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from your refund
  • If the problem is not a manufacturing defect, you will need to pay for the return shipping

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

• Shipping is per unit in the Continental USA, and we also INCLUDE INSURANCE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST
• Units are built to order and may require approximately 60 days for fabrication and shipping
• Shipping does NOT INCLUDE lift gate service. Contact us for a quote if you require a lift gate.
• We must have a VALID telephone number so the shipping company can contact you regarding product delivery
• Contact us for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada for shipping quotes (we need your zip or postal code)

SPECIAL NOTES:

• If you choose not to be home to inspect the package when it is delivered, WorkTrucksUSA.com will not be responsible for damage that has occurred during shipping and the insurance will be void
• If you decide to allow another party sign for the delivery, be sure to have them inspect the package for damage before accepting it
• We can only ship to other US territories if you have a shipping broker with a US address we can ship to
