Dual Rack Utility Ladder Rack is a fitting name for this truck ladder rack.  Dual because:

• You get two racks: one front & one rear

DUAL RACK UTILITY LADDER RACK FEATURES:

  • This allows you to easily attach Thule Hydro-Glide, Yakima Mako Saddles or Malone Sea Wing accessories (not included) depending on which side of the bar you mount up

SPECIAL NOTES:

• The corner posts are 27.5 inches tall. The cross-bar-truss can be adjusted to fit flush with the top of the posts, at 27.5 inches. This gives you a flat top, with no post sticking up. Or, it can be set two inches lower - this creates a 2" ladder holder, as shown in our photos.
• Works with sprayed-in bedliners and under-the-rail drop-in liners
• Over-the-rail drop-in liners require a two inch hole cut at each corner to allow the clamp system to reach the lip of the bed rail

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

• Manufacturer warrants this rack against defects for one year from date of purchase provided the product is assembled, installed and used in accordance with all manufacturer's specifications and instructions.
• All Warranties have some limitations. Read the paper work enclosed with the product for complete details.
• Powder-coated racks cannot be warranted against rust. All that is needed if you get some scrapes is a touch up with flat black Rust Oleum or another fine rust preventive paint.

RETURN POLICY:

• If ladder rack is damaged at time of delivery, don't accept it. If you see marks, scrapes or crushed corners on the delivery carton, note the possible damage on the waybill before you sign off on it.
• If you accept damaged product and sign off on it as "free and clear" of all damage, WorkTrucksUSA.com and/or the manufacturer may not be able to help you with the freight company.
• If you find hidden damage after opening the box, save all packing materials - including the box. Call the toll free number to the manufacturer included in the packing and instruction papers you get with the product - within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. They will guide you through the return process or will immediately ship any missing or damaged parts to you.
• If rack is returned for reasons other than manufacturing defect, you are responsible for all shipping costs to ship the rack, box, packing materials and instructions back to the manufacturer. There is a 15% restocking charge; plus the cost to repair or refurbish the rack back to salable condition.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery.
