RETURN POLICY:

• If the shipping carton arrives damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT IT. Refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
• If you accept a damaged toolbox as free and clear of all damage on the waybill, Worktrucksusa.com will not be responsible for damage that has occurred during shipping
• If defective OR you receive the wrong product:
  • Save the box and ALL PACKING MATERIAL
  • Contact us within 7 days
  • Do NOT return the product until we send you a return authorization form and the return address/information
  • If it is received in good, re-saleable condition when we get it back, we will promptly send you a refund
  • If the problem is NOT a manufacturing defect or a wrong shipment, there is a $100 re-stocking fee PER BOX that will be deducted from your refund
  • If the problem is not a manufacturing defect, you will need to pay for the return shipping

• Shipping is anywhere in the Continental USA, and we also INCLUDE INSURANCE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST
• Usually ships within 3-4 business days of order receipt
• Because of the insured value of your product, a signature is required for delivery
