• Professional-duty steel ladder rack carries cargo up to 30 inches wide and weighing up to 250 lbs. (cannot carry over 125 lbs. concentrated on either the front or rear portion of the rack)
• The world's only side-mounted truck rack with built-in ratchet straps
• Two heavy duty universal receivers mount permanently to the inside of the bedrail at the front and back of the bed, and two rack frames quickly insert into or remove from them
• Sidewinder adjusts in height so cargo rides the correct distance above the truck cab
• Each rack has a ratchet strap that can be extended up to 15 feet, as well as auxiliary tie-down loops if ever there is a need for chains, locks or supplemental straps
• Securing a ladder is a simple three-step process:
  • Place ladder on rack
  • Loop strap around ladder and attach hook to sliding ring
  • Tighten ratchets
• Ratchets can be padlocked to prevent cargo removal (padlock not included)
• Separate set of 2 ratchet straps is available for purchase at checkout (if you want to retro-fit another rack)
• Rack exterior is powder-coated black

 THIS RACK DOES NOT FIT THE FOLLOWING TRUCKS:

• Older model Ford Supercrews (before 2004)
• Ford Explorer Sport Track
• Chevy Avalanche
• Honda Ridgeline
• Step-side trucks
• 4-door trucks where the rear wheel wells are located directly against the front wall of the cargo box (ie. 4-door Tacoma, Frontier, Colorado and Canyon)
• Any truck with a plastic bed

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

• Manufacturer warrants this rack against defects for one year from date of purchase provided the product is assembled, installed and used in accordance with all manufacturer's specifications and instructions.
• All Warranties have some limitations. Read the paper work enclosed with the product for complete details.
• Powder-coated racks cannot be warranted against rust. All that is needed if you get some scrapes is a touch up with flat black Rust Oleum or another fine rust preventive paint.

RETURN POLICY:

• If ladder rack is damaged at time of delivery, don't accept it. If you see marks, scrapes or crushed corners on the delivery carton, note the possible damage on the waybill before you sign off on it.
• If you accept damaged product and sign off on it as "free and clear" of all damage, WorkTrucksUSA.com and/or the manufacturer may not be able to help you with the freight company.
• If you find hidden damage after opening the box, save all packing materials - including the box. Call the toll free number to the manufacturer included in the packing and instruction papers you get with the product - within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. They will guide you through the return process or will immediately ship any missing or damaged parts to you.
• If rack is returned for reasons other than manufacturing defect, you are responsible for all shipping costs to ship the rack, box, packing materials and instructions back to the manufacturer. There is a 15% restocking charge; plus the cost to repair or refurbish the rack back to salable condition.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery.
