• FITMENT NOTES FOR TRUCKS WITH TRACK SYSTEMS:
  • Securely locks into factory cargo rail systems using a low-profile clamping system that transfers the weight on the top of the bed rail – not the track itself
  • Mounting system spreads out twelve inches on each corner of your truck bed, ensuring your factory cargo tracks will not bend or collapse under the load of the rack and items carried on it
  • Extra braces support the top rail
• Crossbar and legs are adjustable to fit small or large trucks
• 2 built-in tie-down cleats and 4 hook eyelets on the legs and end of the crossbar make securing cargo on your rack easy with ropes or ratchet straps

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

• Manufacturer warrants this rack against defects for one year from date of purchase provided the product is assembled, installed and used in accordance with all manufacturer's specifications and instructions.
• All Warranties have some limitations. Read the paper work enclosed with the product for complete details.
• Powder-coated racks cannot be warranted against rust. All that is needed if you get some scrapes is a touch up with flat black Rust Oleum or another fine rust preventive paint.

RETURN POLICY:

• If ladder rack is damaged at time of delivery, don't accept it. If you see marks, scrapes or crushed corners on the delivery carton, note the possible damage on the waybill before you sign off on it.
• If you accept damaged product and sign off on it as "free and clear" of all damage, WorkTrucksUSA.com and/or the manufacturer may not be able to help you with the freight company.
• If you find hidden damage after opening the box, save all packing materials - including the box. Call the toll free number to the manufacturer included in the packing and instruction papers you get with the product - within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. They will guide you through the return process or will immediately ship any missing or damaged parts to you.
• If rack is returned for reasons other than manufacturing defect, you are responsible for all shipping costs to ship the rack, box, packing materials and instructions back to the manufacturer. There is a 15% restocking charge; plus the cost to repair or refurbish the rack back to salable condition.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery.
