• Three year factory warranty on all parts in LED products
• All warranties have legal limitations. Please read the paperwork that accompanies your Custer Lighting products

RETURN POLICY:

• Let us know within ten (10) business days of receipt if we sent the wrong part or if the package is damaged
• Don’t return the damaged item until we have issued a Return Authorization number to you
• Return the product in its original packaging with all of the parts, instructions and paperwork
• If it is in good, re-salable condition when we get it back, we’ll promptly replace it or send you a refund
• If the problem is not a manufacturing defect, you will need to pay for the return shipping

SHIPPING INFORMATON:

• Shipping is per set within the Continental USA
• Additional pairs ordered at the same time incur no further shipping charges (call us before placing your order)
• Usually ships within two business days of order receipt. Depending on the time of day the order is received, some orders ship same day
