  • Manufacturers warrant against all defects in structural materials and workmanship provided they are assembled, installed & used in accordance with all manufacturer’s specifications and instructions.
  • Powder-coated products cannot be warranted against rust. If you get scrapes or scratches, touch them up with a rust protective paint (such as Rustoleum).
  • All warranties have legal limitations. Please read the manufacturer's paperwork that accompanies your product.


  • If the shipping carton arrives damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT IT. Refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • If you accept a damaged product as “free and clear of all damage” on the waybill, neither Worktrucksusa.com nor the manufacturer will be responsible for damage that has occurred during shipping
  • If defective OR you receive the wrong product:
    • Save the box and ALL PACKING MATERIAL
    • Contact us within 7 days
    • Do NOT return the product until we send you a return authorization form and a return shipping address
    • Ship to us in the original box with all packing, parts & instructions
    • If it is received in good, re-saleable condition when we get it back, we’ll promptly send you a refund
    • If the problem is NOT a manufacturing defect or a wrong shipment, there is a 15% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from your refund
    • If the problem is not a manufacturing defect, you will be responsible for all shipping expenses incurred, including the cost to ship the product back to the manufacturer


  • Contact us for special shipping pricing on two or more units
  • Our toolbox and van partition shipping costs include insurance, which requires an adult signature for delivery
  • Toolboxes and van partitions usually ship within 25-35 days of order receipt (these units are hand built to order), sometimes sooner if in stock.  If your order is urgent, contact us for an estimate.
  • Ladder racks generally ship within 7-10 business days
  • Lights ship within 3 business days
  • We must have a VALID telephone number so the freight company can contact you regarding product delivery. Please be sure to give us a telephone number on which you can be reached during business hours.


  • If you choose not to be home to inspect the package when it is delivered, neither WorkTrucksUSA.com nor the manufacturer will be responsible for damage that has occurred during shipping and the insurance will be void
  • If you decide to allow another party sign for the delivery, be sure to have them inspect the package for damage before accepting it
  • For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada please contact us with your zip or post code for a quote
  • We can only ship to other US territories if you have a shipping broker with a US address
