RETURN POLICY: If box is damaged at time of delivery, don’t accept it. If you find damage after opening the box, save all packing materials – including the box. Call the toll free number to the manufacture included in the packing and instruction papers you get with the product. They will guide you through the return process or will immediately ship any missing or damaged parts to you. U.S. Rack, Inc products are warranted for a period of 1 year against all defects in structural materials and workmanship provided that they are assembled, installed, and used in accordance with all manufacturer's specifications and instructions. Powder coated racks cannot be warranted against rust. If rack is returned for other than manufacturing defect, your are responsible for all shipping costs of the rack, box, packing materials and instructions to the manufacture. There is a 15% restocking charge, plus a charge, if necessary, to repair and/or refurbish the rack back into salable condition. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of delivery.
